Jonathan Mirin began teaching for NEYT in 2007 shortly after he and his wife Godeliève Richard moved their theatre company (Piti Theatre Co.) to Shelburne Falls, MA. His plays and acting work have been seen off-off Broadway. regionally and abroad. His one man show Riding the Wave.com (also performed as a benefit for NEYT!) was nominated twice for an Independent Reviewers of New England Award for “Best Solo Performance.” In 2008, he wrote and directed the musical All About Alice for NEYT and co-directed a collaboration with The Austine School called EYETH. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College, The Neighborhood Playhouse and Boston University's Creative Writing Program.
