Profession: Roger is retired from 40 years in newspaper publishing and printing, having served as President and CEO of a company he founded, the Brattleboro Town Crier.
Past and Present Affiliations: Roger has served as chair of Centre Congregational Church, and president of the following Brattleboro area boards: Brattleboro Area Chamber of Commerce, Building a Better Brattleboro (BABB), Brattleboro Museum and Art Center, Brattleboro Rotary Club and Brattleboro Winter Carnival committee. He has served as president of the regional and national boards of the National Association of Advertising Publishers. He is currently on the Town of Brattleboro Planning Commission board and Building a Better Brattleboro Executive Board.
Raphi Shamas, Student Representative

Past and Present Affiliations: A sophomore at Brattleboro Union High School, Raphi has been involved with NEYT since 2002. After performing in his first NEYT production, he traveled to Russia in 2002 and again in 2003 with a group organized by Stephen Stearns to volunteer at Maria's Children Arts Rehabilitation Camp. Currently, Raphi is a mentor in NEYT's student mentor group and in the Theatre Adventure Program. In his years at NEYT he has been involved in many camps, classes, productions, and cabarets, as an actor, stage-manager, and assistant-director.

Past and Present Affiliations: Rick was founder and managing partner of Hamlet Builders, Inc., construction company for a number of years. He has served for six years on the NEYT board, three as president. He is currently NEYT’s Technical Theatre Program Director.

Judy Daley

Past and Present Affiliations: Judy and her husband Bill purchased The Vermont Country Deli in 2007. Prior to that Judy did accounting work for an Oracle consulting firm and a small athletic equipment company in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Judy is a member of the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Joe Little

Past and Present Affiliations: Joe founded Park Place Financial Advisors in Brattleboro, Vermont in 1998. He is a Certified Financial Planner, a CPA and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Prior to founding Park Place Financial Advisors, he founded and operated a successful CPA practice in Brattleboro. Joe is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Vermont Society of CPAs, as well as a member of the Financial Planning
Association. Joe currently serves as chairman of the board of the Brattleboro Savings & Loan, a mutual savings bank committed to supporting the local community. In addition, he serves on the CFP Board’s Board of Professional Review in Denver, Colorado. Joe is a Big Brother volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Windham County, a member of the Investment Committee of Southern Vermont Health Services Corporation and a Brattleboro Rotary Club member.
Peter Richards

Past and Present Affiliations: Peter is on the boards of Building a Better Brattleboro, The Gathering Place, the United Way of Windham County and is a member of the Finance Committee of Southern Vermont Health Services Corporation. He lives in Brattleboro with his wife Liz who is a pediatrician in town, and their three daughters.
Toby Young
Westminster West, Vermont
Profession: Real Estate Agent retired; Artist
Past and Present Affiliations: Toby served in the Vermont Legislature for 10 years and chaired the Health and Welfare Committee in the House. She chaired the Eastern Regional Conference of the Council of State Government and served as Executive Director of Common Cause/Vermont from 1990-2000. She served as legislative advocate for Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility, Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, and the Area Agencies on the Aging. Toby was appointed by the governor to serve on the Public Oversight Commission, which oversees hospital budgets and certificate of need applications. She was appointed by the Vermont Supreme Court to the Professional Conduct Committee, which oversees the conduct of lawyers in the state of Vermont. She also served on the board of the Yellow Barn Music Festival. She is currently an elected member of the Westminster select board and a board member of the Council on Aging of Southeastern Vermont.
