The first play I ever performed in was when I was six years old.  I was an extra in the Wizard of Oz at Leland and Gray High School.  It was a lot of work, but I knew then that I loved acting.  Then my mom heard about the NEYT and she asked me if I wanted to take a class there.  I said yes.  It was the greatest experience in my life!  The next summer I did a Melodrama camp called Flora of the Flower Shop.  That time I got a bigger part.  I really liked that camp, so the next summer I did Melodrama again and was in a play called Aladdin and his Magic Lamp.  That was one of my favorites.  By then the NEYT was one of my favorite places to go.  That winter I did a play called It’s a Wonderful Life, which apparently, was one of the biggest shows NEYT has ever made!  About a month later I was offered a part in The Affair of the Arts, which was a professional show at the Latchis Theatre.  I played a crazy old man.  The NEYT is an amazing place.  I look forward to many more years there.
